Facilities

• The complex consists of 6 flats. 3 on ground and 3 on first floor

• All flats face the sea

• Pedestrian gate provides access directly from complex lawn to Lucien beach - lifeguard protected, Blue Flag swimming beach

• Each flat comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6), two bathrooms, open plan kitchen / diningroom / lounge and large veranda

• Flats are fully furnished and equipped, including microwave and dishwasher.

• TV and Satellite decoder with Easyview is in the lounge. Tenants who want to bring their own decoder, smartcard and remote, must contact the supervisor

• Linen is provided. You are required to bring your own dish cloths and beach towels

• One covered parking bay is included in the tariff.

• 100m to Lucien Protected Swimming beach

• walking distance to Margate’s CBD / restaurants / cinema and fishing pier

• 2 hour drive to Durban airport

Local attractions & sporting facilities

• Within a 60 minute drive of several top international quality golf courses.

• Close proximity to many other sporting facilities such as fishing, surfing, squash, tennis, bowls and horse riding.

• Bird park, crocodile farm, Oribi Gorge, Kiddies Funland, Wild Coast Sun Casino and Microlite flying

• Deep sea fishing and scuba diving at Protea Reef can be arranged with charters from Shelly Beach.

Terms & Conditions

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking

• In addition, a booking / administration / cleaning fee of R200 is payable

• Additional people will be charged at R250 per person per day “in Season” and R150 per person per day “out of season”

• Additional parking, if available, will be charged at R20 per day

• Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a faxed copy of the bank deposit slip for the full amount of the deposit, paid into the bank account:
  Anguna, Nedbank, Shelly Beach, Code 139728, Account Number 1397 037 822

• Where the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the reservation, the provisional booking will be cancelled

• Remainder of the payment for accommodation is to be settled in full 60 days before the reserved period commences.

• Cancellation of booking: All cancellations are to reach Anguna by fax or letter not later than 60 days prior to reserved date, in which case the deposit less R200 administration fee will be returned. Cancellations NOT received within the stipulated 60 day period could result in your deposit being withheld as well as you being liable for the full period of the reservation

• Flats are not serviced, but this can be arranged. Mini service ( approximately 2 hours) is R80 week days and double rate on week-ends and public holidays

• Tenants who want to bring their own decoder, smartcard and remote, must contact the supervisor

• No pets allowed, and no smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
