Situated ON THE BEACH, between Manaba Beach and Uvongo Beach.
Watch the Dolphins and Whales play in front of you while having Breakfast on the Deck.

 Only 800m to Manaba/Lucien Beach, 900m stroll to Uvongo Beach and the lagoon. Margate Beach and shopping area is a mere 1.2 km drive away.
Aquarius Beach house has an excellent fishing spot.

Accommodation offered:
3 Spacious modern bedrooms. Main bedroom en-suite.
Sleeps 8 persons, (babies and children included.) Parking.

After a long sunny day on the beach cool off in the sparkling pool & Braai area with
an uninterrupted sea view. The Aquarius Kitchen & Dining room is fully equipped.
Daily rate includes a daily service (Beds are made, floors washed, and dishes).

Out of season – R970.00
In season winter ( 23 June – 15 July ) – R1500.00
In Season early summer (28 Sept – 7 Oct) – R1400.00
In Season midsummer (Dec – Jan) – R2500.00

Conditions:
A 60%, deposit plus R500.00 refundable breakage deposit is required to confirm the booking. A copy of your id/passport and proof of residence must be sent to us together with your proof of payment. You will be required to identify yourself to be able to book in and must be the same as the faxed id. The balance is payable 14 working days before arrival. Should the final payment not be visible in our bank account by the 14th working day, the deposit will be forfeited and the booking cancelled. Due to demand, bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment and is on a first paid first booked bases.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. NO-SMOKING is permitted inside the Beach House.
The burning on incense is not permitted. Should you exceed the 8 persons allowed, you will be requested to vacate the property without any refund. Your Private washing will be for your own account.
Please bring your own dstv decoder and card, and towels. Right of admission is reserved, you will be entering and utilising the property at your own risk.
