The beautiful bathing beach and Uvongo Fishing Pier are on your doorstep. Complex comprises of a swimming pool, tennis court, Laundromat facilities, under cover parking, 24 hour patrolling security guards.

Garage, spar, chemists, doctors, dentists, restaurants and pubs are only a few minutes walk away. 
Bowling facilities are also within walking distance.

This unit is a 3 bedroom 6 sleeper (MAXIMUM!)
The main bedroom has a double bed and on suite bathroom (bath only),
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has twin beds.
The second bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.
It is fully furnished with microwave, stove and fridge as well as TV
With full DSTV on request at a daily charge of R20

Daily rate varies from
R450 per day out-of-season
R1000 per day March/April and Easter until 02May
R700 per day Jun/July as well as Sep/Oct
R1500 per day Dec/Jan

There is a once off cleaning fee for cleaning before occupation and linen and cleaning upon departure, except washing of dishes. This will be charged for additionally. A Breakage deposit of R500 is payable upon booking/confirmation and refundable once an inventory has been completed by us or our agents( not later that 1 week after departure)
A minimum non refundable deposit of R1000 is payable on confirmation
