VILLA SIESTA – MARGATE BEACHFRONT
Villa Siesta No. 4 is a must for a care-free, chilled out holiday. Spend fantastic sun-drenched days in the sun and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves. Watch the sun setting over the sea whilst braaing on your verandah. Whether it’s a quiet family holiday you’re looking for or one with lots of activities – this is the spot to be!

This upmarket little gem of a duplex has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful self-catering holiday. It is situated within a walled, secure complex of 8 units. (All of which are available for rental) Security guard on duty at night Excellent central position with stunning seaviews. Walk to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Great time and thought has been put into the decorating of the unit. It is beautifully co-ordinated but at the same time has a casual beach house feel. Books, magazines and Dvd’s are available for guests to use.

The ground floor consists of a beautifully furnished open plan lounge, dining room and extremely well-equipped kitchen which houses a dishwasher, tumbledrier, washing machine, microwave and loads of fridge/freezer space. Guest loo on ground floor. A large verandah with built-in braai area, Weber and outdoor furniture, overlooks the sea. There is a small indigenous garden for you to enjoy.

The upper level has 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms. Main bedroom (queen-size bed) is en-suite and has a balcony. 2 smaller bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) share another bathroom. We are able to make up the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds as a king size bed on request. All 3 bedrooms have outstanding seaviews.
We also have an extremely comfortable double sleeper couch in a nook in the diningroom, so the unit can accommodate 8 guests in total. Ceiling fans have been installed in each bedroom to keep you cool during summer!

A safe has been installed in one of the bedrooms and there are 2 hairdriers for guests use. Full DSTV is included for you in your daily rate. There is also a DVD player to use. No 4. is serviced daily by Lucy and her experienced team of assistants. (included in daily rate) To cool off once you arrive back from the beach, there is a sparkling private pool in the complex. This unit has an automated lock-up garage and parking bay. Bedding and bath towels are supplied! Camp cot available if needed.

Children of all ages are most welcome.

This is based on a booking of up to 6 guests per night.
Any guests over a total of 6 will be charged an additional R100 per night per guest.
Total of 8 guests allowed in this unit.

DEPOSIT: All bookings must be fully paid for in advance. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid on reservation and the balance one week prior to arrival.
We ask for a R400 cleaning/admin fee and a R300 refundable breakages deposit.
